Handwash or dry cleaning is recommended . Do not hang in direct sunlight. Cool iron only. Do not iron on embellishments. Due to the nature of the material slight imperfections may be apparent.
All our kaftans are free size. Here are the measurements, which are seam to seam. The width of the short kaftan is 34 inches (87cm) and the length varies from 36 inches (91cm)– 41 inches (104cm). The width of the long kaftan is 34 inches (87cm) and the length varies from 54 inches (137cm)– 56 inches (142cm).
Due to the nature of the fabric, we are able to customise the length of the garment, however, the width is limited to 34 inches (87cm).
Your ROSO is exactly that, YOURS. As such all our kaftans are unique and the same will not be restocked. Can I come to view garments at your showroom? Certainly, however, viewing is strictly by appointment via sales@roso.co.za.
ROSO offers FREE delivery within South Africa.However, for international deliveries, a surcharge will apply depending on the final destination. Please email us at sales@roso.co.za for international shipping.
Express courier is available at an additional cost.
Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, excluding the order day, within South Africa. Additionally, please ensure that there is someone available to receive your order as we will not be liable for undelivered order costs. Express Delivery (next business day) is available, however, this will attract an additional charge of R150.
All deliveries are done Monday to Friday only.
We use DSV local couriers. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. Thereafter, you may log onto the DSV website (http://www.za.dsv.com) and enter the tracking number as provided.
General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of merchandise by (the "Provider" or "we") to you through the South African section of www.roso.co.za ("SA site"). Your use of www.roso.co.za to purchase merchandise indicates that you accept and agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1. ORDERS & PRODUCTS
All items remain the property of ROSO until full payment is received. Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. THE KAFTANS ARE ALL UNIQUE AND, AS SUCH, ONCE SOLD ONLY THE CLOSEST SUBSTITUTE WILL BE AVAILABLE.
2. PRICES
All prices are in South African Rands (ZAR). Prices may change without notice from time to time. All prices are exclusive of customs and import duties.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
ROSO offers FREE delivery within South Africa. However, we offer express delivery should you wish at an additional cost.
International shipping is available and a surcharge will apply depending on the final destination. Please email us at sales@roso.co.za for international shipping if you require us to arrange delivery, else you are more than welcome to arrange your own collection once the purchase has been finalised. Whatever your decision is, please notify us accordingly.
4. SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY
You bear all risks of loss and damage to the products from the time the same have cleared our fulfilment house. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the products passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Although we remain confident that your ROSO will satiate you totally, we will gladly exchange your item for another one within 7 days of receipt (Buyer is responsible for shipping) only if the garment is in it's original packaging with the tag and unworn.
STRICTLY NO REFUNDS.
All SALE (discounted) items have a strict no refund or exchange policy.
DISCLAIMER: you must receive exchange approval before sending anything back. Please email (sale@roso.co.za) with your Proof of Purchase and a picture of the item.
6.BINDING AGREEMENT
Our order confirmation, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and our other Site Policies shall be deemed the final and integrated agreement between you and us on the matters contained in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND CHOICE OF FORUM
The laws of South Africa (without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles) govern all matters arising out of or relating to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, including, without limitation, their validity, interpretation, construction, performance, and enforcement. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be brought solely in South Africa.
8. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale remain in full force to the extent permitted by law.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10. ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using local couriers ARAMEX/COURIER GUY for all domestic shipping and DHL for international shipping. Typical delivery time frame is between 3 to 5 business days however, you may receive your items earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
